But when it’s good? When a celebrant really gets their couple, connects with the crowd, and delivers something honest and unforgettable? That’s pure gold.
I didn’t plan to do this. Not until I was asked to lead a ceremony—and the reaction floored me. The tears, the laughter, the way people felt. I knew then: this is where I’m meant to be.
Not dishing out stiff, legal jargon with all the personality of a parking fine. But telling the story like it matters—raw, real, and right in the gut.

Based in Cambridge but always passport-ready, I’m Steve—celebrant, photographer, and gin enthusiast with a soft spot for espresso martinis. When I’m not crafting bold, heartfelt ceremonies, I’m chasing light through my lens at weddings and events.
Married since 2014, dad to two legends (Evie and Liam), and the kind of guy who once ran the London Marathon, climbed Kilimanjaro, and hit Everest Base Camp just for fun. I’m loud, loyal, and allegedly hairy. But above all, I’m here to bring the energy, empathy, and edge your story deserves.
